We ship packages from our Bangalore warehouse twice a week. If you have an urgency, reach out to us ahead of time & we’ll let you know if we can meet your delivery timeline.
We use BlueDart as our primary providers within India. For pin codes that are not covered by our primary providers, we will use the next best alternative.
We use Aramex / FedEx as our primary provider for worldwide shipping. All packages are insured for the full value of the items. International shipping times are usually 7–11 business days.
Unlike other e-commerce websites, we do not own the last-mile delivery fleet. We rely on professional carriers to deliver the packages to you. We only use the shipping information that you entered while placing your order online.
We do not verify the correctness or validity of the address. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate address and a delivery contact phone number. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries. Shipment tracking information will be shared via email, and it is your responsibility to coordinate with the carrier.
We offer complementary shipping throughout India. For international shipping, charges are calculated at checkout based on ShiprocketX price offerings.
You will bear customs duties & charges levied by your local authorities at the time of delivery. We include all documentation necessary for import clearance in your country.
All packages shipped from our Bangalore facility are insured for the full value of the invoice. In case of loss in transit, we will initiate the insurance claim and ship replacement items without delay.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. We do not offer refunds once payment is processed, and returns are not accepted.
Exchanges are offered only if the item delivered is damaged or defective. A video must be recorded during unboxing and shared within 24 hours of delivery.

Does my payment include import duties and taxes?
No. Prices do not include customs duties, import fees, or taxes in your country. These must be paid at the time of delivery.
Do you accept PayPal or wire payments?
No, we do not support these payment methods due to high processing charges.

We use Razorpay for both Indian and international payments, ensuring secure transactions.
What modes of payment do you support?
We support Visa & Master cards worldwide. In India, we also support UPI, wallets, and Net Banking.
Why are my payments failing?
Payments may fail if your bank flags the transaction as potentially fraudulent, especially for high-value or international purchases.
